How to enjoy
Daifuku
800 g KOON® Daifuku Premix
Recipe
- 800 g KOON® Daifuku Premix
- 1,100 g Boiling water
- Shortening (Adding shortening to the dough will help it not stick to the mixing bowl)
Tip: Use a Flat Beater
Instruction
- Add 800 g of KOON® Daifuku Premix to a stand mixer and add a small amount of shortening.
- Measure 1,100 g of water and bring it to a boil. Then pour the boiling water into the mixer turn on the mixer at low speed, and mix for about 7 minutes.
- Rest the mixer and then use a spatula to spread the dough. Continue mixing on low speed for 7 minutes until you have smooth and soft daifuku dough.
- Let the dough rest until cool and divide the dough into small parts (20 – 25 g) and wrap the filling and fruit.
- Dust it with KOON® dusting powder.

Recipe
- 150 g KOON® Daifuku Premix
- 230 g Boiling water
Instruction
- Add 150 g of KOON® Daifuku Premix to the mixing bowl.
- Measure 230 g of water and bring it to a boil.
- Pour the boiling water into the mixing bowl and stir immediately with a spatula until the dough is smooth.
- Divide the dough into small parts (20 – 25 g) and wrap the filling and fruit.
- Dust it with KOON® dusting powder.
