  1. 100 g KOON®  Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour
  2. 180 g Milk
  3. 60 g Sugar
  4. 16 g Veg. Oil
  5. 2 Eggs
  6. 1 g Baking Powder
  7. 1 g Vanilla Flavor

Instruction

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, milk, veg. oil and vanilla together.
  2. Mix Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour KOON® and baking powder. Stir until combined.
  3. Pour the batter onto a lightly buttered pan
  4. Cook pancake until golden on both sides

  1. 50 g KOON® Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour90 g Sugar
  2. 60 g Veg. Oil
  3. 20 g Cocoa Powder
  4. 20 g Almond Slide
  5. 3 g Baking Powder
  6. 2 Eggs
  7. 1 g Salt
  8. 1 g Vanilla Flavor

Instruction

  1. Mix KOON® Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa powder. Stir until combined and set aside.
  2. Mix eggs with sugar together until smooth.
  3. Pour veg. Oil, vanilla flavor and prepared flour into a mixing bowl. Mix until combined.
  4. Pour the brownies onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper
  5. Sprinkle almond slide on top
  6. Bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes

  2. 85 g Sugar
  3. 65 g Milk
  4. 60 g Veg. Oil
  5. 50 g Raisin
  6. 2 g Salt
  7. 1.5 g Baking Powder
  8. 1 Egg
  9. 1 g Vanilla Flavor

Instruction

  1. Mix together KOON® Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour  salt, baking powder and set aside
  2. Combine egg, milk, sugar, veg. oil and vanilla flavor in a mixing bowl. Stir until combined.
  3. Pour the flour mixture into a mixing bowl, the stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into baking cups, Sprinkle raisins on top.
  5. Bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes

  2. 110 g Veg. Oil
  3. 100 g Sugar
  4. 65 g Milk
  5. 3 Egg Yolk
  6. 3 Egg White
  7. 3 g Baking Powder
  8. 3 g Salt
  9. 1 g Vanilla Flavor

Instruction

  1. Mix egg yolk and milk together. Pour veg. oil into a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour KOON® Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour, baking powder and salt together.
  3. Slowly pour the flour mixture into the liquid mixture. Mix until combined.
  4. Add vanilla flavor. Mix well and set aside.
  5. Put egg white, vanilla flavor into kitchenmaid and beat on low speed for 1.30 seconds.
  6. Gradually add sugar, beating on high speed until soft peaks form.
  7. Take the egg white mixture. Mix in the egg yolk mixture, gently folding until combined.
  8. Pour into cake pan lined with baking paper. Tap the cake mold to remove air bubbles.
  9. Bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
