How to enjoy
D.I.Y. Daifuku
Recipe
- 150 g KOON® Daifuku Premix
- 50 g KOON® Dusting Powder
- 300 g Read Bean Paste or Green Tea Paste
- Gloves
Instruction
- In a mixing bowl, empty 150 g of KOON® daifuku premix
- Measure 230 g of water using the water level indicated on the package, then boil it
- Pour the boiling water into the miximg bowl and stir immediately with a spatula until you get a smooth dough. Allow the dough to cool
- Shape the paste into round balls and wrap them with daifuku sheets
- Dust the daifuku with KOON® dusting powder
