D.I.Y. Luk Chup
Recipe
- 120 g KOON® Mung Bean Powder
- 12 g Agar Powder
- 2 Food coloring
Instruction
- Mix 120 g of KOON® instant mung bean powder with 120 g of water until well combined.
- Microwave on low-medium heat for about 3 minutes, then let the bean paste cool.
- Mold into the desired shape, color the Luk Chup, and wait for the color to dry.
- How to make agar: Mix 12 g of agar powder with 90 g of water, Let the agar bloom, Then heat the agar in the microwave.
- Dip in the agar mixture 2-3 times, then let the agar set.
