“KOON Premix” Showcases Premium Daifuku Cooking Show at THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2025 Featuring Chef Blue from Ponkumwan
Bangkok — KOON Premix, a premix brand specializing in Japanese desserts, participated in THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2025, one of Asia’s leading international food and beverage exhibitions, held from May 27–31, 2025 at IMPACT Challenger, Muang Thong Thani.
The key highlight of this year’s event was an exclusive Cooking Show featuring premium daifuku creations by Chef Blue from Ponkumwan, a well-known expert in desserts and bakery. The live demonstration showcased two signature menus: “Dubai Chocolate Daifuku” and “Little Bear Custard Daifuku,” drawing strong attention from visitors throughout the event.
At the booth, KOON Premix also presented its range of high-quality premix products, including Daifuku Premix and Warabi Mochi Premix. These products are designed to simplify preparation, ensure consistency, and support both professional operators and creative menu development.
